Part 3: The Boardroom Audit

The central executive center at Robles & Sons Logistics was completely surrounded by the time the clock struck 9:00 a.m.

Three plainclothes federal compliance investigators stood rigidly by the glass turnstiles, reviewing their encrypted administrative folders.

The high-rise building smelled faintly of expensive floor wax and old, corporate money that had never been questioned.

Carmen Robles sat at the head of the massive mahogany conference table, her gold gala dress replaced by a sharp designer suit.

Javier sat right beside her, his fingers tapping nervously against his leather portfolio as he tried to maintain his high-society composure.

"You cannot dissolve our operating proxies without a formal ninety-day notification window, Alexander," Carmen announced smoothly as I entered.

"Our family holds a protective utility covenant that shields our logistics lines from any unilateral, external changes by investors."

"The covenant was officially voided by the state treasury at midnight, Carmen," I said, my voice dropping like a heavy iron block.

I wore an immaculate black shirt, my posture tall and unyielding, my mind entirely focused on the numerical alignment of the sheets.

Naomi Pierce, our senior financial analyst, stepped forward and placed a thick black leather portfolio directly over their corporate documents.

The grand digital monitors along the boardroom wall shifted instantly, displaying a live broadcast of the penthouse entrance footage.

The high-definition video clearly captured Javier standing outside the door, instructing his mother to mask the marks on Sofia's skin.

"The signature on that guarantee token wasn't a legal market agreement, Javier," Naomi stated, looking at his pale, sweating face.

"It was a criminal identity theft completed while your bride was being systematically assaulted inside the honeymoon terminal."

The corporate lawyers standing behind Carmen immediately closed their briefcases, their faces turning completely pale under the neon lights.

They realized that the entire multi-million-dollar empire was no longer facing a civil dispute, but an absolute criminal foreclosure.
