Part 3: The Boardroom Eviction

By 9:00 a.m. the following morning, the central offices of Hensley Medical Supplies downtown were under total federal lock.

Three plainclothes compliance investigators from the financial crimes division stood rigidly by the main glass elevators.

Thomas sat at the head of the mahogany conference table, his pressed suit wrinkled, his fingers shaking violently as he held his papers.

My stepmother stood right behind him, her high-society composure entirely destroyed as the state treasury units entered.

"You cannot legally dissolve my corporate management block, Clara!" Thomas shouted desperately as I stepped into the room.

"The company’s founding documents contain a strict legacy restriction that shields my voting interests from your personal drama!"

"The legacy restriction was officially voided by a federal grand jury warrant at midnight, Thomas," I told him flatly.

I stood perfectly aligned in an immaculate cream wool blazer, my posture tall and unyielding, my eyes fixed on his face.

Naomi Pierce placed a black leather portfolio directly onto the glass table, completely covering their legal defense briefs.

The room's grand display monitors shifted, displaying the encrypted kitchen recording of them calling me a low-level burden.

"The signature you used to authorize the Delaware escrow advance was a fraudulent clone, Mr. Hensley," Naomi added.
