Part 3: The Boardroom Eviction

By 9:00 a.m. the following morning, the main executive suite at Bumont Capital was surrounded by federal units.
Vivienne sat at the head of the long mahogany table, her silver hair pinned perfectly, her posture still arrogant.
Dalia stood beside her, clutching a leather folder containing an emergency property restructuring agreement.
"The inheritance lines are fully protected by a legacy covenant, Lena," Vivienne announced as I entered the room.
"You are an outsider with a simple studio, and your private recording cannot override our family’s proxy votes."
"The legacy covenant was officially dissolved by the state treasury at midnight, Vivienne," I said flatly.
I wore an immaculate black blazer, my hand resting quietly over my stomach, my eyes fixed on her pale face.
Investigator Ruiz stepped forward, sliding a certified copy of the federal grand larceny indictments onto the table.
The main projection screens shifted instantly, displaying the catering assistant’s unredacted video on a permanent loop.
The footage clearly showed Dalia and Vivienne coordinating the identity theft inside the private storage wing.

"The signature on that property transfer wasn't yours, Lena," Investigator Ruiz stated, looking at Dalia.
"It was a fraudulent biometric extraction completed while you were locked in the backstage corridor."
