Plot twist

Part 2: The Infrastructure Lockdown

The transition from a festive family betrayal to a cold, calculated financial execution took less than ten minutes.

I didn't yell at the guests, nor did I cause a dramatic scene that would further terrify my daughters on the stairs.

I walked straight to the main electrical control panel behind the kitchen corridor and flipped the master breakers.

The music died instantly, the brilliant crystal chandeliers went dark, and the entire mansion fell into a suffocating, dead silence.

"The party is over," I announced, my voice carrying clearly through the dim rooms as the guests quietly scrambled to find their coats.

Within minutes, the house was empty, leaving Jimena standing near the dining table, her gold dress looking useless under the emergency lights.

"What is wrong with you, Alejandro?" she hissed, her face twisting into an ugly mask of pure rage. "You humiliated me!"

"You fed my five-year-old daughters moldy bread while you covered yourself in my capital, Jimena," I said, my voice dropping into a flat, clinical whisper.

I pulled out my encrypted corporate phone and dialed Marcus Bell, my senior trustee and legal counsel, on a secure line.

"Marcus," I said, not taking my eyes off her pale face. "Activate the asset isolation clause in the prenuptial agreement."

"Freeze every corporate card, line of credit, and secondary bank registry linked to Jimena’s nameplate. Now."
