Part 3: The Boardroom Eviction

By 9:00 a.m. the following morning, the central administrative headquarters of Hale Commercial was under total federal block.

Three plainclothes compliance investigators from the financial crimes task force stood rigidly by the main glass doors.

Julian sat at the head of the mahogany table, his tailored suit wrinkled, his hands trembling violently as he dialed his phone.

Margaret stood beside him, her socialite posture completely collapsing as she watched the state treasury units enter.

"This is an absolute abuse of legal process, Clara!" Julian shrieked, his voice cracking as I stepped into the room.

"My father built this development firm with his own capital! You cannot unilaterally freeze our operating proxies!"

"The proxies were officially revoked by a federal grand jury warrant at midnight, Julian," I said flatly.

I wore an immaculate dark wool coat, my posture tall and unyielding, my hand resting quietly over my stomach.

Naomi Pierce placed a black leather portfolio directly onto the glass table, completely covering their legal briefs.

The room's grand display monitors shifted, showing the lobby security footage on an unedited, high-definition loop.

The video clearly detailed Margaret’s calculated move to push me into the custom cake while Julian watched from the bar.

"The signature you used to authorize the Boston capital advance was a fraudulent clone, Mr. Hale," Naomi added.

"You extracted the biometric keys from Clara’s private dental clinic database while she was under medical sedation."
